Simple and Fast Cooking!

February 3, 2012

Tired of Restaurant food and Fast food?  Yeah, I am.

So today I actually visited my friend, Dorcas, at her apartment and she treated me to free lunch at her home! (how nice of her :] ) The lunch was simply dumpling soup and curry, but you can’t imagine how full I got after eating these!

Below is a picture of the dumpling soup cooking process. Very few materials are needed, so it should be really simply to cook. Plus, she had already made curry by herself yesterday, and there was just enough left over for us to share today. Hooray for leftovers and free food!

Spend quality time with your friends, loved ones, or family by cooking and enjoying the food with them! Trust me, it is a totally different feeling when you prepare food in your own kitchen as opposed to buying it. No matter how fancy the meal is, you will have a great time with your friends.

Don’t know how to cook dumplings? Don’t worry, here’s the quick steps:

1. Pour water & chicken soup (can soup) in 1:1 portion in a pot, and boil it

2. Cut 2 green onions & 1-2 tomatoes into cubes (shown in the picture)

3. When the soup boiled, add the frozen dumplings in the pot

4. After around 2 minutes, add an egg & the onions & tomato cubes in the pot

5. Stir the dumplings once a while preventing them sticking together

6. When all the dumplings flow on the soup, then they’re done.
